One additional benefit is that our clients have legal expense cover for situations when you need legal support, including Revenue & Customs investigations, trade disputes, health & safety issues and Employment law.

How we can help
Kensington Insurance Brokers are Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We provide independent and objective Insurance advice to small and medium size businesses in the U.K. Where you currently offer your members access to insurance products we can benchmark your current arrangements and costs and if we believe your current arrangements provide the right cover and are value for money for your members’, we will say so. We do not recommend change unless there are compelling business and financial reasons.

We would negotiate with you an introduction fee based on insurance bought by your members’. This would be transparent and would be a feature of our approach.  Some clients like to nominate a charity others prefer to use these fees for re-investment back in their association.

Panel of Leading Insurers
Once we have a mandate to provide insurance advice to your members’ we will establish online fulfillment and links between our respective web sites.  Access can be protected by membership number log in, if required.

We have several schemes with leading underwriters and we would approach them with your specific needs and seek indicative premiums and likely cover from a panel of insurers who specialise in the business and personal risks your members wish to insure.

We will place before them the quotations received and advise accordingly.

We have a Credit Licence and can also arrange monthly payments to help members’ with their cash flow.

Claims Management
Should there be a claim on a policy, your member will have access to an experienced helpline provided and managed by the insurer and these are usually operated 24/7.

All the insurers on our panel are recognised for the high quality of their claims processing.

As your broker of choice we would also ensure that claims are handled quickly and efficiently.
